Every ride at the House is a full body, fat-burning workout that incorporates interval training designed to produce real results, real quick. When the lights dim low and the beats start bumping, you can’t help but turn up the resistance. With each climb, sprint and jump, you become stronger both mentally and physically. Just when you think you can’t keep going, you look up to see a room of riders who are still fighting and all of a sudden, you realize nothing can hold you back.

At Cycle House, we’re all about community and providing the best training experience for our riders. We offer rental shoes for $2, cooling eucalyptus towels, locker rooms stocked with all the essentials, fresh fruits to munch on, and a comfortable lounge area to hang out after class!

The best part about the Cycle House experience is that it ends with something special. We care deeply about improving the underserved community around us and so for every single ride taken, we donate two meals to a person in need. With your help, Cycle House donates thousands of meals every week.
