Do you allow drop-ins?
Yes, we allow drop-ins. If you’re planning to drop-in for a class, you can call or check online to make sure the class you want to take has bikes available.
What clips are compatible with your bikes?
Our bike pedals are compatible with Delta Look clips.
Is class suitable for all levels?
Beginners, pros, and all other levels are welcomed. You can always go at your own pace in our classes.
What do I need to bring?
Please come to class dress for sweat. We rent spin shoes for $2. Remember to bring your own socks! Also, bring a water bottle or a refillable bottle.
Not to worry, if you forget socks or a waterbottle! We also sell those too!
How many calories do men and women typically burn per session?
Our rides typically burn between 500-1000 calories.
How much time should I arrive before class?
Arrive at least 15 minutes early for your first class. New Riders will not be admitted into class once it has begun. We release bikes 5 minutes before class if you have not checked in yet.
What should I do if I need to cancel or reschedule a class?
You can cancel or reschedule online if you do so 12 hours before the class. If you need to cancel or reschedule after the 12 hour grace period, please call us in order to do so.
Do you provide water?
We have hydration stations where you can fill up your water bottles.
Do you have showers?
We have showers stocked with Dermalogica products in the locker room.
Do you rent shoes and towels?
We rent shoes for $2. We provide complimentary towels.
Is it safe to cycle every day?
Everybody is different so please check with your healthcare provider to make sure it’s okay for you to cycle daily.
What is your return policy for online purchases?
If you change your mind about any items purchased you can return them to us within 14 days of the parcel being delivered to you, provided:
-the items are unworn and unwashed
-if shoes, the items are unworn and show no signs of wear
-the items have all Cycle House tags attached
-you take good care to avoid the transfer of make-up

All refunds will be made using the same method of payment you used to purchase the items and will be made by us no later than:
-14 days after the day we receive items back from you; or
-(if earlier) 14 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the goods
-if you’re unlucky enough to receive a faulty/incorrect item, please email our team at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and they will be more than happy to help you.
