Douglas Johnson knows first hand the many challenges of staying motivated and making fitness a part of everyday life. He used to carry 336 lbs in a 5’8 frame but through his own program of gradual cardio build and consistent weight-training, he’s now 178 lbs lighter. He found his passion for cycling when he was shedding the last 50 lbs. His love and allegiance to cycling shines through his classes. His teaching style is quick paced and exhilarating. After teaching fitness for over 6 years in NYC, he moved to L.A. in July of 2015. Douglas focuses on technique, form and intensity all interlaced with fun and achievement of your personal health goals. He is certified with AFAA, MaddDogg/Johnny G and Schwinn Cycling.
